Taken from my rooftop in the province of Cadiz in Southern Spain during Covid times, BLUE MOON shares the surreal celestial voyage I enjoyed at that moment. Offering an escape from earthly pandemonium to a realm of peace, meditation and tranquillity. It captures the enchantment of gazing up to the skies, where the moon reigns, hanging in this beautiful blue backdrop with its quiet, magnetic allure.
The simplicity of this image belies its profound impact. Printed on aluminium using techniques that all minuscule flecks of metal to shine through the blue creates a backdrop that accentuates the moon's enigmatic beauty.
