Shipping policy

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

  1. Your order is made to order, and as such can not be cancelled after your cooling-off period of 24hrs from the time of your order.  Your order will be dispatched within 28 days of you placing your order, more likely 10 to 14 days.  
  2. We shall dispatch your goods in the appropriate packaging, by registered courier, at our own risk, to the shipping address provided to us on your order form.

  4. You acknowledge that LPTBP Ltd is not responsible for verifying the authority of the signatory taking receipt of the goods.
  5. We accept items being returned due to them being faulty or damaged in transit.  This acceptance is subject to satisfactory photographic evidence of the damage or fault being submitted.  On satisfactory receipt of this, we will arrange the necessary steps to enable return and replacement of your items. In this instance any costs of returning the items will be carried by LPTBP Ltd or our partner organisations
